Find items in a folder
For the Chats and Folders layout.
- Open Chats. On a phone, choose Folders to browse your folders.
- Use the arrow beside a folder to show its items.
- Select an item to open it. Use Back to return to the folder list.

Can’t find a folder or item?
Check the account and workspace shown in the app. Use search to look for the item by name.
An item may have moved or no longer be available to your account. Check with its owner or contact support if you still need help.
