No. Plans are flat monthly pricing with generous built-in model limits for summarisation, chat, and briefing. If you approach a limit we warn you in-app so there are never surprise bills.
Your library stays yours. You can export notes to JSON or Markdown at any time from Settings → Export. If you downgrade, older items remain readable; writes pause until you upgrade or free up space on the Free tier.
No. We never use your notes, chats, or uploads to train external models. LLM providers run under zero-retention agreements and your content is encrypted at rest.

Yes — SAML 2.0 (SP-initiated) single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 user provisioning on the Team plan. We run identity-provider setup with you during pilot onboarding: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, or generic SAML.
No. Personal libraries stay personal — workspace content isolation is enforced at the database layer and covered by integration tests. Sharing into a workspace is per-segment and opt-in, never a default.
