Yes — every new account includes 14 days of Pro with expanded library limits and longer cited-answer context. No card is required to sign up. Subscribe before the trial ends to keep Pro; otherwise you move to Free and your notes stay in your library.

No. Plans use clear limits for summarization and chat. If you approach a limit we warn you in-app so there are never surprise bills.

Your library stays yours. You can export notes to JSON or Markdown at any time from Settings → Export. If you downgrade, older items remain readable; writes pause until you upgrade or free up space on the Free tier.

XESO does not use your notes, chats, or uploads to train XESO models. See /trust and /subprocessors for the current provider-specific data-handling posture.

We don't publish student or non-profit pricing yet. Start with Free, and email support@xeso.ai if the monthly Pro price blocks a classroom or non-profit workflow.

Yes. If you subscribed to a paid plan, cancel anytime from Settings → Billing with a single click. During the in-app Pro trial, you can stay on Free when it ends. Everything you saved stays in your library, and exports and existing answers remain readable.

We offer a 30-day refund window on your first paid monthly charge. After that, monthly plans can be canceled anytime from Settings → Billing. Full details at /refund-policy or email billing@xeso.ai directly.

XESO manages model routing for the current individual release. Provider availability can change; see /trust and /subprocessors for the current provider posture.

The current individual release uses US-based infrastructure. Regional data residency is not offered today; see /trust for the current security posture and explicitly labeled roadmap work.

XESO is available in a responsive web app and supported browsers may offer Add to Home Screen. Add sources and notes inside XESO; system-wide share-sheet intake is not part of the current release.

Free supports adding blank notes and supported files or links within its limits. Pro adds larger limits and bulk import for supported formats. Review imported items and source details before relying on them.
